The Welsh Training Programme provides monthly teaching and training in Cardio-Thoracic surgery. This is overseen by the Training Program Director and arranged by Specialist Trainees in Cardio-Thoracic Surgery with the help of the Education and Clinical Supervisors from Morriston Hospital, Swansea and UHW, Cardiff.
Our goal is to promote a learning environment and provide excellent preparation for our trainees to pursue a career in Cardio-Thoracic Surgery.
